MTP Protocol

Hi all,
I bought a Creative Zen Vision:M 60G that use MTP protocol to
communicate with the PC.
When I plug it into USB port I get the follow messages:
--
usb 4-5: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 5
usb 4-5: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
usb 4-5: can't set config #1, error -110

--
And my device does not work  ....

Anyone has an answer for this?
