[PATCH Resubmission] USB: patch to add support for an older firmware revision for the Nikon D200

This is a resubmission of the patch to upgrade the unusual_devs.h file to support an older firmware revision of the Nikon D200. This patch includes the requested /proc/bus/usb/devices information.
