[PATCH] Add support for ORWRITE command

Please find a patch to add support for ORWRITE.


I have also deviced testcases for this command in the libiscsi test tool :

iscsi-test --dataloss --test="*orwrite*" iscsi://127.0.0.1/iqn.ronnie.test/1
0350_orwrite_simple:
===================
Orwrite first 1-255 blocks ... [OK]
Orwrite last 1-255 blocks ... [OK]
TEST T0350_orwrite_simple [OK]
