Please find a series of patches for improving the thin-provisioning support.
These should address the issues with the previous set of patches.
The patches do these things :
patch 1 : change the bs_rdwr_request() function to use local variables for offset and tl instead of dereferencing cmd every time
patch 2 : implement basic (no unmap) support for write_same10
patch 3 : implement basic (no unmap) support for write_same 16
patch 4 : add unmap support to the write_same emulation
patch 5 : update page 0xB0 block limits to indicate we do support unmapping of blocks
