[PATCH 0/3] reworked modularization/build patches

Hello Tomo-san,

The earlier patch I sent to the list to make iser a loadable module
resulted in iser's driver->init() never being called. This version fixes
that, and is also cleaner. I opted to hardcode the iser module name, since
I don't think we need the flexibility to load many arbitrary modules, we just
want to load iser, if present.
