	Solution is to make the crontab not be part of the system state, but
rather part of the user's state. So, e.g. hacky workaround would be to
have /var/spool/<user> symlinked into the user's homedir ... but it
would be better if cron would use the homedir for crontabs out of the
box.

	Could also be a feature request for the desktop guys ... "we need a UI
for scheduling tasks ala cron"
