[GIT PULL] s390 fixes

Hi Linus,

please pull from 'for-linus' branch of

	git://git390.marist.edu/pub/scm/linux-2.6.git for-linus

There are only two patches: the first one fixes a regression introduced
with the "gmap address spaces for kvm guest images" patches during this
merge window which break kvm on s390.
The second patch adds a missing feature bit for the same patch series.
Also both patches have been Acked by Avi.

Thanks,
Heiko
