If I remember correctly, there should be a IF_RA_OTHERCONF,
IF_RA_MANAGED and IF_RA_RCVD flags in the per-interface structures. It
should be possible to iterate over the interfaces looking for
RA_OTHERCONF/MANAGED and dispatch a dhcpv6-client on it. Though, I
have no idea where and how the prefix-information are stored.
