Bootable HD Image (File Locking Issues)
I´ve read all the docs and they are confusing. What is
thestraightforward way to make a 500mb disk image file that I can
use asthe bootable c: drive? The reason I ask is because I am
running a DOS Clipper program. Whenmore than one user log in I
get DOS Error 5. This seems to be a filelocking issue. It seems
that dosemu cannot correctly translate a DOSlock on the partial
file to the Linux filesystem. I believe thatrunning from a disk
image, instead of a folder, might correct theproblem. If not then
its off to installing MS-DOS 6.22 and gettingnetwork support
to work... just like the program was originallyintended to
run.....n
