Hi,
We have planned to let kmod replace module-init-tools in Mageia 2
But we have noew found a regression in kmod vs module-init-tools.
If we have a line:
install ide-controller /sbin/modprobe ide_generic; /bin/true
then module-init-tools will allow us to do:
modprobe ide-controller
but with kmod, it just says:
FATAL: Module ide-controller not found.
Is there plans to have kmod supporting this ?
