[PATCH 0/2] handle builtin modules

The corresponding kernel patch (*) is currently only in -mm, because it
wasn't reviewed by the kbuild maintainer yet. I'm not sure if Jon wants
to add support for something that's not yet in Linus' kernel, but I
thought I'll post it here for completeness.
