Thanks for posting the v4l2-compliance output. It looks like this is tested on a 3.5
kernel, is that correct?

I also see that you are using an older v4l2-compliance version, please use the
latest version from v4l-utils.git.

Since you support controls you should add these ioctls as well:

        .vidioc_subscribe_event = v4l2_ctrl_subscribe_event,
        .vidioc_unsubscribe_event = v4l2_event_unsubscribe,

and call v4l2_ctrl_log_status() from your log_status ioctl.

The subscribe ioctls allow the application to subscribe to control events. Something
you actually need with most HDTV transmitters.
