drivers: Use NULL not zero for pointer

Here are some assignments that should use NULL
not 0;

Done via script:

$ grep -rPl --include=*.[ch] "\bstruct\s+\w+\s*\*\s*\w+\s*\=\s*0\s*;" drivers | \
  xargs sed -r -i -e 's/\b(struct\s+\w+\s*\*\s*\w+)\s*\=\s*0\s*;/\1 = NULL;/g'
