Why don't you do something like this:

	urb_to_unlink = usbhid->urbout;
        usbhid->urbout = NULL;

        spin_unlock(&usbhid->lock);
        usb_unlink_urb(urb_to_unlink);
        spin_lock(&usbhid->lock);

and of course comment it properly.
