[PATCH] input: Hanvon Art Master I and Rollick tablet support (USB)

Hi, I was asked to submit my tablet driver.
It supports multiple Hanvon tablet models.
They are:

Artmaster I: AM0806, AM1107, AM1209
Rollick: RL0604
