I can't give you actual number for the RX / TX frequency range but I'm quite certain it goes beyond the Region 1 frequency range of 430-440MHz. I suggest you check with the manufacturer; they should hopefully also be able to tell you if the radio doesn't only transmit but also delivers a clean signal.
