problem compiling syslinux-4.05 with kernel 3.3-rc4

Hi,

i have a problem compiling syslinux-4.05 with linux-3.3-rc4. the commit 
which breaks the build is: 0583fcc96bb117763c0fa74c123573c0112dec65
