I think we can also add NETIF_F_HW_VLAN_TX, now that
dev_hard_start_xmit() handles VLAN tag insertion.

Shouldn't most RX offloads be included in this?  Though it doesn't
really matter that much.

Well it might be correct, but it's hard to tell.  Can we see your unit
