Yes, but I'm still getting set up here.  Sorry for the delay.  (Randy
handed off to me at a somewhat crazy time, I'm still trying to clear my
plate enough to give this the attention it deserves.)

GNU/Linux isn't: Linux=GPLv2, GNU=GPLv3+, they can't share code.
Either it's "mere aggregation", or a license violation.  Pick one.
