Note that this patch should print a message each time it preemptively buries
an object.

	kdebug("preemptive burial: OBJ%x [%s] %p",
	       object->fscache.debug_id,
	       fscache_object_states[object->fscache.state],
	       dentry);

This is okay, and something I'll deal with later.  It should do this each time
it would otherwise have lead to vfs_unlink() returning EIO.
