Add IDs for Dell BT370 & BT410 | |

Hello,
In order for the radios on the Dell BT370 & BT410 cards to function,
these two quirks need to be added to hci_usb.c. This, however, is only
half of the solution. The cards will start-up in HID mode, and are
expected to be changed to HCI mode by a user space utility. If you
would like to test the functionality with the quirks for these cards,
you will need to use this patch: (until it is accepted to bluez):
