ah yes.. it's a fork of Specimen, a sampler, info here:

http://petri-foo.sourceforge.net/

but the download on sourceforge still isn't ready yet so you can get
it from github as a download:
http://github.com/downloads/jwm-art-net/Petri-Foo/petri-foo-0.1.3.tar.bz2

the git repo here:
