Luca, Have a look at http://www.sendmail.org/m4/anti_spam.html#access_db If the user has a static IP address you could just REJECT it in the access db. You could also use SMTP AUTH and not give the user access.Also you can check the comp.mail.sendmail newsgroup. A quick search produced some very similar questions: http://groups.google.com/group/comp.mail.sendmail/search?group=comp.mail.sendmail&q=deny+local+user+sending+mail&qt_g=1&searchnow=Search+this+group.
