[PATCH v2 2/7] ACPI: Add an interface to evaluate _OST

Added acpi_evaluate_hotplug_opt(). This function evaluates _OST for hotplug
operations. This function is stubbed out when CONFIG_ACPI_HOTPLUG_OST is
disabled.
