Hello!
The name says it all. Not too long ago an idea was taking shape to
adapt the elks project to become the OS for a specie of satellites.
The last time I checked this out their website was still up. However
most of the links on the page except for their PDF reports were
broken. I am hoping that someone on this list has heard otherwise.
