PCTel fro kernel 3.1

I'm not sure who is the maintainer. robert.thornburrow@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
is a wrong address.
I modified pctel-0.9.7-9-rht-12 and checked it could work under kernel
3.1.0.
Please confirm attached files and I pope someone will upload them.
