You have found a bug!  :)  the linuxant code has not been updated to

DEFINE_SEMAPHORE might be needed where MUTEX was used.

Hashem,

bug is being reported to Linuxant, they are the ones that can change
the code and make a fix.  Hope they can make a newer package and you
can get your modem working :)
