I would say the appearance of an 8.0 directory on ftp.redhat.com is a
good indicator that Amazon is atleast _close_ to the date.  The reason
it doesn't show up, is because if you search for "Red Hat Linux" at
amazon, 8.0 doesn't come up.  I'm not sure _how_ they found it in the
first place.
