If all that's true, it won't be true often enough to matter significantly.

I also think Windows gets a larger number than the proportion of people using 
it because people who it Google a lot are probably writers, researchers and 
such. I use Google most days, but I suspect that those people using Linux on 
their desktops are more likely IT people.

Allowing for all that, we're still miniscule. We may be ahead of Apple 
numerically, but probably not much.

In case you haven't noticed, we're also mostly male.
