Edit your /usr/share/hwdata/pcitable

0x5333 0x8d02 "unknown" "S3 Inc.|VT8636A [ProSavage KN133] AGP4X
VGA Controller (TwisterK)"

Make this line read:

0x5333 0x8d02 "Card:S3 Savage4" "S3 Inc.|VT8636A [ProSavage
KN133] AGP4X VGA Controller (TwisterK)"

Then try redhat-config-xfree86 --reconfig. If that doesn't work then
you may need to try different settings by manually editing your
XF86Config file.

I'm guessing Mike Harris got it from here. There's release notes on
this page.

I think Mandrake 9.0RC2 uses XFree86 4.2.1. Does your DWL-650 wireless
ethernet card have the Intersil Prism2 chipset? If so does Mandrake
include the linux-wlan-ngen drivers? (Please send me a file listing of
everything in /lib/modules/ on your Mandrake installation.)
