But i've a little note: i've ever known that it is not advised to set a
default class on classful qdisc, eg:
# tc qdisc add dev eth0 root handle 1: htb default 20
because in this way we shape also non-IP traffic (arp, ...) and it is
better to leave this traffic unshaped.
Better to use a filter that have a ''catch-all'' rule (on IP traffic).
I remember wrong?!
