Hi Paolo & Gleb,

This is my current patch queue for ppc.  Please pull.

Highlights in this release are:

  - automatic module loading
  - book3s hv: little endian guest support
  - booke: use proper caching attributes for non-ram
  - minor optimizations / bug fixes
  - book3s hv: first part of POWER8 support
