[PATCH v10 0/5] KVM: PPC: Add ePAPR idle hcall support

   -patchset is now 5 patches, using the epapr header 
    definitions is split out into a separate patch
   -patch titles and descriptions are also updated
   -cleanup as per review comments addressed
