[Android-virt] [PATCH 0/2] Support KVM/ARM v7

The following two patches apply to the linaro master branch of QEMU
and serve to support the latest patch series of the KVM/ARM Linux
kernel.

There have already been some fixes that addresses some of this floating
around, but I think this is a more complete fix in terms of the header
files.
