Suggestion for KDE3.5 and KDE4

Hello, I do some suggestion:
- Systray applet customizable (background image supported)

Just for KDE4:
- More evolved kdmrc: optimization (lag with 100 network), compression, 
encrypt. Possibility to connect to kdmrc in a already opened session.
- Maybe a folder for manage the network card like xp (advancer option, 
user can put automatically or manually the ip/netmask/gateways/dns, and 
in the same windows manage the firewall)
- KDE4 have big difficult in dual head, maybe already know.

What do you thinks about that's?
