On ia64, PAGE_OFFSET is 0xe000000000000000, testing against that
excludes I/O space (0xc) and modules/vmalloc (0xa).  The correct test
for user regions on ia64 is

	if (address >> 61 <= 4)

Applied to my tree with that correction.  To be released as kdb v4.2
next week, after we finish moving offices :(
