Broadcom IPR notice on iSER

Broadcom has filed an IPR notice on the iSER draft:

http://www.ietf.org/ietf/IPR/broadcom-ipr-draft-ko-iwarp-iser-02.txt

This refers to the draft under its earlier individual
submission name - the current draft name is
draft-ietf-ips-iser-00.txt .

I believe that Broadcom is doing the proverbial "right
thing" here, and this is a good example for anyone
else who has IPR claims to disclose to follow.
