iscsi-connect problems

    Hi,
      I use the software "iscsi-initiator-utils-4.0.3.0.4" to connect to the IP san storage,but it appears some probles.
 
On one server ,the system find two hd(it has only one hd in fact).From the internet ,i kown using the iscsi-kill-session
command can drop /dev/sdb, but when the server restarted ,the problem appears again.

      On the other server,we run it at 24 hours, but it suddenly shut down at some time ,and wo restart the server ,
