compile error

Hi Folks.

I have a minty-fresh install of Etch sporting the Debian
linux-image-2.6.18-4-k7 kernel. When I try to compile the
iscsitarget-0.4.14 source I get:

make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/local/iscsitarget-0.4.14/usr'
cc -O2 -fno-inline -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -g -I../include -c -o chap.o

make[1]: *** [chap.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/iscsitarget-0.4.14/usr'
make: *** [progs] Error 2

I put the path to my kernel headers in the Makefile but that did not help.

Are there some crypto libs I need to install or crypto kernel mods I need to
load?
