Thanks. Looks cool.

:) welcome

couple questions.

* It use FC5 as an example, but is FC5 the only supported?

nope, every common linux distribution/version should work.
Also there is support for 2.4. and 2.6. kernels.

* Will it support any kernel?

The iscsi-plugin for openQRM provides 2 pre-built vanilla-kernels
(created during the build/compile-phase). One is a 2.4. kernel including
linux-iscsi and the other is a 2.6. kernel including open-iscsi.
You can also use a kernel + iscsi created by your own.

Including XEN host?

good point, not yet
Currently the Xen-plugin kernel in openQRM does not have iscsi-support.
I fully agree that this would be an additional cool feature. I even
tried already to include some of the latest open-iscsi version to the Xen-kernel
some time ago but it failed to get a connection to the iscsi-target.
(sorry, do not remember the full details)

Anyway it is on the todo-list again (to include iscsi support for the Xen-kernel, will keep you updated.

thanks + all the best,

Matt
