Hi. I'm new to iSCSI. I would like to access a Dell AX100i from Linux, and would like to know what initiator and distro people recommend for a production environment. Should I go with the initiator that ships with more recent kernels, or for example the initiator that comes with CentOS? Or is there a better initiator yet, which I should compile? I'd prefer to install/maintain all via yum, but I'll compile a new kernel and initiator if I have to.
I've had a hard time finding out which iSCSI initiator project is the more stable/recommended one, and in general, if iSCSI on Linux is at all ready for production. Any opinions on this are greatly appreciated.
Thanks. Morten ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the JBoss Inc. Get Certified Today Register for a JBoss Training Course.
