RedHat's GFS? It can work over iscsi.

GFS works well over iscsi. I have a set of iscsi network storage modules from Left Hand Networks, 6 servers running redhat enterprise 3, GFS and iscsi. We expect to move the email for 5000 users and our web server to the cluster. The system has been up for 3 months now in test mode.
