Re: [linux-iscsi-users] Problem with fedora core 3

Hello,

We are trying to get linux-iscsi up and running with fedora core 3 and have some problems.

It says that we need "iscsi_transport_class.ko" and we cannot find that anywhere (totally combed cvs.)

That module is built when everything is compiled. Look at the driver Makefiles.

Here is what we are barfing on:

[root@zamboni linux-iscsi-4.0.1.11]# make

Note: using kernel source from /lib/modules/2.6.10/build containing
kernel version 2.6.10

Note: using kernel config from /lib/modules/2.6.10/build/.config

make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/kernel/linux-2.6.10/linux-2.6.10'

/usr/src/iscsi2/linux-iscsi-4.0.1.11/driver/iscsi-session.c:491: warning: conflicting types for built-in function 'strdup'
make[2]: ***

This is FC compile issue. Is anyone looking into the root casue?
