My registrar and DNS hoster, Gandi <http://www.gandi.net/> allows it,
in a mode called "Expert mode". As its name suggest, it is not easy to
use (you have to translate the record in RFC1035-section5 format
yourself).

There is of course a "User mode" with the usual closed list of known
types, and easy entry of values.
