gpm/synaptic gui (second time)

Hi,

A long time ago I said something about making a general gui to gpm that
included settings for the synaptic touchpad/ and every other supported
mice. 

This is the second attempt which only support limited gpm settings, but
every synaptics setting is included.  

It is written in tcl/tk using vTcl (http://vtcl.sourceforge.net/) and it
uses the BWidget package. (http://tcllib.sourceforge.net/)
