Hi,

the gatekeeper will know about the call, even if only one endpoint is
registered:
When the registered endpoint is called directly by IP, it will request
the calling party to route the calling party to send the call through
the gatekeeper (Facility messagw ith reason routeCallToGatekeeper).
It is not allowed to answer the call without the gatekeeper.
