Client-Server H460

I would like to set up two GNUGks (one inside the firewall and one 
outside) to act as traversal client and traversal server as would be 
done with a Tandberg Expressway.  This would allow me to use a mixture 
of H460 and non H460 clients.

I cannot find how to set up the server and client zones.  Is this 
possible and if so how?
