Yes, Jernej is correct. Norton is the worst utility/antivirus program
on the planet.

If you can uninstall Norton (it takes a special<a
href="http://service1.symantec.com/Support/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039";>
'Norton Removal Tool'</a>) then use the free AVG anti-virus protection.
