Georgi,

I've done a lot of photo alteration where body parts or whole people 
move around. One key to masterful results is layers. I added a friend to 
a group photo that he took. I placed him in the back row. Rather than 
carefully erasing edges of him to plop him in a single layer above the 
rest of us, I copied a piece of the base photo with the right side of 
person A, and another piece with the left edge of person B. Then I 
pasted a carefully trimmed image of Friend from a different picture the 
same day onto the base photo, and pasted the two snips over him, placing 
them precisely, to the pixel, over their original location.

Make your layers about 50% transparent to help with placing the snips 
back where they belong, then reset to 0 when you finish.

This approach gives much neater edges, and close scrutiny won't give you 
away.
