Re: Re: Help Please!

Thank you so much David!!! You are a genius!! That is not exactly how it looked when I originally started up the program, but... that surely helps me out so much!!

Now, for some technical help? I read the tutorial twice the night I installed the program... Once before installation and then afterwards when I was having trouble getting back into the program.

First question is... I found some type of filter that let you shade your photo with the apperance of blinds. That feature was in the second box which I can't seem to find again.

Also, I'm working on some picture projects for my brother's birthday. He's a huge Trekkie and Soprano fan and I'm trying to put his head on spock and possibly sit him in the enterprize. Any short cuts or suggestions?

Thank you again so very much for your help! Honestly, I thought I was going to scream that night when that second box went missing!!!

  With appreciation, Georgi

What version did you install? I think GTK+ is up to 2.10.0, and the
latest Windows installer has GTK+ bundled in it so that you don't need
to install it separately.

To restore the other window, go to File > Dialogs to open them. You
can also press Ctrl-L for the Layers dialog. Once you have the dialogs
open, you can drag and drop them onto each other to dock them together.

The following page has more information about docking:
